With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Adam Newman founded Archer Mortgage with a vision to create an old-school mortgage banking company that has cutting-edge, new-school technology facilitating the most efficient and seamless lending process for the customer.

    Prior to establishing Archer Mortgage, Adam was the CEO at OVM Financial for eight years. During his tenure there, the company grew from 180 million annually to 1.8 billion annually.

   Adam has an extensive background in all facets of mortgage lending. His expertise includes Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and many other niche mortgage products.

   Adam believes in creating long-lasting relationships with his colleagues, clients, as well as the local community.  Archer Mortgage was named in honor of Adam’s close friend and colleague, Aaron Archer Legum, who passed away from cancer in 2019.

    Adam resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and two children.  When he isn’t working, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and spending time on the beach.
