Brad Watts is an experienced and accomplished Mortgage Loan Originator, living and working in Hampton Roads.

      Brad well-understands the demands and rigors of being a police officer. Before his career in mortgages, Brad worked in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer and Detective for the Virginia Beach Police Department, earning titles as “Officer of the Quarter” and “Detective of the Quarter” while working in the Third Precinct Community Policing Squad and Special Investigations, respectively. In addition, after having relocated to the Cayman Islands for a period, he temporarily served as a Special Constable in the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, helping to train Constables in search and seizure, as well as mobile tactics.

      As a mortgage originator, Brad has worked as a lending officer for MetAmerica Mortgage Bankers, TowneBank Mortgage, OVM Financial, and CrossCountry Mortgage in Virginia. He was the recipient of the “Rookie of the Year” Award and named to the Chairman’s Club for his high volume of sales, placing seventh out of more than 100 salespersons.
